Crescent Moon’s Inocencia is a quiet and very gentle soul with a very loud fleece which screams EXCELLENCE! Inocencia’s fleece is ultra bright, with a silky handle, the kind which we believe would make an “elite end product”. Her outstanding blend of fineness and density are expressed within the elite staple development which allow us to declare this, a highly evolved fleece. None of this is surprising to us. Crescent Moon’s Illusions (Inocencia’s dam) is an Elite daughter born to a Legacy daughter, Crescent Moon’s Mirage. According to her histogram reports,  Illusion’s fleece at six years of age has never crested above 21.5 microns. Inocencia’s sire is our El Nino son, El Biento who is also maternal brother to Crescent Moon’s Shiftin Gears. El Biento and Shiftin Gears teamed up in 2005 to represent their dam and earn blue ribbon honors for produce of dam at the AOBA National Show. Simply said, very good stuff!
Inocencia has a full sister who was purchased by our very good friends James and Jeanette Campbell at Alpacas of Willowbrook Farm. She is Crescent Moon’s Illiana. Considering the quality of these two daughters, I think it is obvious who Crescent Moon’s Illusions will be bred to next. Inocencia sells with Crescent Moon’s full ranch guarantees and a breeding to any of our solely owned studs. I think we would select our newest addition, LMFI Peruvian Ceasar.
